If you are on a guaranteed plan and, for some reason, we do not meet the guarantee we promised, then you have the following options:
- Cancel your listing with us and, within 45 days, we will meet or exceed the guarantee at no additional charge to you.
- Continue your listing with us and, within 45 days, we will meet or exceed the guarantee at no additional charge to you.
- Continue your listing with us and we will credit your account for the leads we did not provide.
- Example: Guarantee was 6,000 leads per year and we delivered 5,000, so we fell 1,000 short. We would credit your account $1500.
What happens when I reach my guaranteed number of click-throughs? Does my ad go away or am I charged for additional clicks?
If we meet the number of click-throughs we promised, we do not stop showing your business or change anything with your ad. We leave your listing up at no additional charge, adding more value, lowering your acquisition cost even further! Our plan and goal is to always give you more than you paid for
How will I know if my ad is working or the number of click-throughs I have received?
Hopefully you are using some type of analytics, like Google Analytics, so you can track everything you are doing in great detail, but if you aren’t, that is okay. We track the clicks to your website and will report your results at your request. We track this monthly to ensure we are meeting the goals we have promised you.
